I-Deal Optics, a leading provider of high profit margin fashion eyewear, is currently seeking a Territory Manager to further grow our Northern Illinois / Southern Wisconsin based territory.  We are seeking a dynamic individual to help develop new and existing accounts with our product portfolio which is perfectly positioned for the needs of Eye Care Professionals (Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and Opticians).

The position is unique to meeting retail fashion eyewear requirements in the medical optical profession.  The Territory Manager is responsible for establishing and developing new and existing accounts to further grow our partnerships.  This position requires strong time management, great relationship building skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage your territory to continue our record growth. 

Job Requirements

• Proven ability and drive and to meet and exceed company objectives
• Extensive prospecting and cold calling
• CRM (EyeRep) usage required. iPad understanding helpful
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to present fashion eyewear and the value of our collections
• Developing new and existing accounts through strong relationships and partnerships
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to be on the road 5 days a week with some overnights required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to carry and lift multiple sample bags weighing up to 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation that can accomodate muliple sample bags

Education and Experience

• Sales experience in the optical industry a plus but not required
• Knowledge in the optical industry a plus 
• High School Diploma or equivalent.  College degree preferred

I-deal enjoys a reputation for world class service and is planning to expand its distribution within this territory, rich in Eye Care Professionals (Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and Opticians).

As a remote worker, the Sales Representative will be responsible for growing existing accounts, establishing, and developing new accounts to achieve targeted objectives. This will result in unlimited earnings! The position will require strong time management and a sector system, great relationship building skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage your territory to continue our record growth. • Outside sales experience; with a proven track record
• Knowledge in the optical industry (including Opticians looking for a great change), frame knowledge a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
